Refund policy

Audits

Full refund if you cancel before work starts. Work starts when the engines begin running your questions, which is minutes after payment. To cancel, reply to your receipt email or write to hello@topofanswers.com with your order number.

If your delivered report contains fewer than ten specific, named findings, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the audit in full.

Audit + Action Plan

The audit portion follows the terms above. The call and 90-day plan are refundable until the call takes place.

Fix It plan

Monthly. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by email; the current month is not refunded once work for that month has started, and no further months are charged.

Agency audits

Unused audits in an order are refundable within 60 days of purchase. Delivered audits follow the audit terms above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card used for payment through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days.
