Sample report

What the report looks like

A full sample for a Minneapolis emergency plumber. Business names in the sample are the ones the engines actually returned on the recorded date; the target business is a composite.

Inside the report

  1. Summary page. Mention rate, citation rate and average position across all engines, versus the five closest competitors.
  2. Scorecard by engine. The same numbers for each of the four engines, so you can see where you are strong and where you are absent.
  3. Question battery. Every question asked, the date and time, which businesses each engine named, and whether you were among them.
  4. Source inventory. Every domain the engines cited, how often, and whether your business has a presence there.
  5. Fix list. At least ten findings in priority order. Each one names the engine and question that exposed it, states the evidence, and gives the action.

Example findings

  • Three of four engines cite yelp.com for "emergency plumber Minneapolis" answers; your Yelp listing has 4 reviews and no photos.
  • Perplexity named a competitor for 11 of 12 after-hours questions because their site states 24/7 availability on the home page; yours states it only on a service page.
  • Your business name, phone and street address differ across bbb.org, yelp.com and your site; engines treat mismatches as separate entities.
  • No page on your site answers "how much does an emergency plumber cost in Minneapolis"; two engines cited competitor pricing pages for that question.
